Learn to Maintain and Repair your Motorcycle. These courses are 'hands on' and take place in our workshop. From day to day checks and adjustments, to servicing and repairs. You will need to wear old clothes or overalls and bring any snacks. We will provide the kettle and the drinks. Basic Maintenance. 2 Hours. Shows you all the basic checks and adjustments. Oil and fluid levels, chain adjustment, lubrication, electrics, brake and tyre wear levels. NEXT COURSE TBC. Brakes and Chain. 2 Hours. Brake maintenance including changing pads and caliper cleaning. Chain and sprocket replacement. NEXT COURSE TBC. Oil and Filter Service. 2 Hours. Replace Air and Oil filters and Oil. Covers both external and internal type filters. NEXT COURSE TBC. Valve Clearances 2 Hours. Check the valve clearances and replace shims on a shim and bucket type system. NEXT COURSE TBC. Front Forks. 2 Hours. Strip a fork leg, replace the oil seals and rebuild the leg. NEXT COURSE TBC. Return to Home Page. |
